PROJECT COORDINATOR

Our fast-growing company is looking for an individual to assist our Project Manager's with operational & administrative duties.
eporting to Project Managers/Head of Contracting, you would be responsible for several sites and be part of a delivery team that includes Delivery Executives and other senior members of staff.

Responsibilities
To meet clients and undertake site visits with Project Managers/Head of Contracting Delivery
Responsibility for the programme, cost, and value of your live projects.
Liaising with the client to ensure projects run smoothly, and relationships are maintained.
Administering the NEC contract. Raising contractual notices such as Early Warnings and Notification of Compensation Events.
Updating the construction programme to show progress and to demonstrate change.
To prepare quotes for all elements of the project.
Monitoring and managing the health and safety compliance of the project.
Managing and supporting the Site Managers, Engineers and Supervisors on your projects.
Work with Site Supervisors and other Project Managers.
Essential
Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams
Experience of interesting or unusual temporary works and access solution
Experience in civils
Right attitude and transferable skills
NVQ or above
Good IT skills
Excellent time management skills
The ability to work as part of a team
CITB SMSTS OR NEBOSH equivalent - not essential but desirable
CSCS card – Experienced Technical, Supervisor or Manager - not essential but desirable
Summary
Salary £32k+ (pro rata) - depending on experience.
Full time working hours, 7am - 5pm.
Overtime may be available including weekends.
Working on site at our offices in Mancetter, Warwickshire on a full-time basis.
