JOB DESCRIPTION
Welder/Fabricator
Ensure all plant is prepared & built & inspected on time & to the highest quality, safety & legislative standards. To work alongside other fabricators and mechanics and report into management.
Manage time to ensure smooth flow of projects and deadlines are met
Daily meeting attendance with Head of Workshop/Delivery Director
Proactive consideration for maintaining H&S & quality standards
Quarterly H&S meeting
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis
Excellent communication skills

Salary will depend on experience.
Full time working hours - 7am-5pm on an ADHOC basis.
Overtime may be available including weekends.
Previous experience in BOATING fabrication/welding is essential. Only candidates with this previous experience will be considered.
Experience:
BOATING Fabricator/Welder: 5 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
CSCS (preferred)
Driving Licence (required)
