INFORMATION SHEETS
The Rothen Group has several models available, suitable for every site demand. Options include:
BSP 200 – delivers maximum power with minimal weight, ideal for constrained sites.
BSP 300 – heavier duty, perfect for driving L8 and M7 piles in hard ground conditions.
BSP No. 5 – provides a high-speed sequence of impact blows for fast pile installation. Used in non-cohesive soils.
Atlas Copco 400 – the largest hammer of its kind. Used for tubes, posts and H-sections.
Each unit offers a unique balance of strength, versatility, and site-specific suitability. We can advise on the best option for your project. The air hammers operate from a compressor and provide controlled, repeated blows for clean, accurate pile installation.
The models can feature periodic clamping or impact centering to reduce damage to the pile and maintain consistent strike alignment. Whether you’re working with timber, steel, plastic, or light concrete piles, we have the hammer to get the job done right.
