INFORMATION SHEETS
Designed as an upgrade to our popular unpowered mini digger pontoons, the vessel supports up to a 2.5-tonne excavator. Ideal for either transporting it to the site or providing a stable, secure platform for water-based operations.
The extended reach of the digger arm can shift the vessel’s centre of gravity. However, the platform is fitted with hydraulic spud legs, ensuring it remains highly stable even in these challenging canal conditions. Load it up, move into position, and deploy the legs to begin work.
With a total weight of 10 tonnes and modular components, this self-propelled digger pontoon can be transported to and from the site quickly via Hiab lorry – saving both time and cost on mobilisation. It also features a small, lockable storage area to protect any equipment onboard.
Whether you’re working on canal restoration or bank protection, this powered pontoon ensures operational flexibility and reliability with minimal disruption to surrounding infrastructure.
