INFORMATION SHEETS
Purpose-built for piling, Nicospan installation, dredging, and more, this vessel can accommodate a full excavator, weighing up to 2.5 tonnes. The excavator can operate from anywhere along the full 30ft working platform or be tracked into the hull for safe transport. When digging, the 4 hydraulic stabilising legs are lowered to provide added stability in either deep or shallow waters.
Whether you’re lifting, digging, or clearing silt, the boat’s structure and layout ensure safe, efficient use in narrow or remote areas. At 50ft in length and 6ft 10 in width, it serves as a viable option for all but the narrowest sections of rivers and canals.
Powered and fully self-sufficient, it includes onboard welfare facilities and operates with marine-ready bio-oil. A long-reach excavator can also be fitted to meet extended site requirements. Ideal for deep dredging or reaching canal banks for towpath works.
The marine excavator platform is easily transported to and from the site via a lorry and crane, giving it the flexibility not found in our other powered boats available to hire.
